This rum comes from a unique manufacturing process. Victoria pineapples are peeled by hand. The peel of the pineapple is infused with Plantation 3 Stars for a week then distilled while the flesh of the pineapple is infused with Plantation original Dark for several months. Then, the distillate and the infusion are combined.
