The famous Taiwanese whisky Omar is now called Yushan Signature, a tribute to the highest mountain on the island of Taiwan. Yushan is also known as Jade Mountain.
This blended malt is made from 100% malted barley.
It is a blend of malts aged in Bourbon casks and distilled in Scottish (Forsyths) and Belgian copper pot stills. This whisky reveals its authenticity without being coloured or chill-filtered.
Each stage of tasting brings out the sweetness of vanilla. Cream and caramel reinforce the smoothness imparted by ageing in Bourbon casks.
