Springbank 21 year old 2025. This stunning release was aged in a combination of 65% Port, 25% bourbon, 5% rum and 5% sherry before bottling at 46% abv. 
The inviting creamy palate is incredibly complex with a great maritime influence. Offering notes of smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, cigar box, blackberries and Iberico ham. There’s banana bread, cinnamon spice and savoury, earthy notes to enjoy on the long finish.
