The 12-year-old Armagnac from Single Salamens is made from the juice of a single grape variety: Ugni Blanc. Contrary to its name, Armagnac is distilled twice. The grapes used come exclusively from Bas Armagnac, on the border with Gers and Landes, in France.

Flavor: subtle taste of dry spices with hints of vanilla.
