Jamaica MSP 2007 is the second rum in the "Under The Sea" vintage collection, paying homage to marine animals. Distilled in a pot still at the legendary Clarendon distillery in Jamaica, this rum is aged for 13 years in its country of origin then 2 years in France, in Cognac barrels. This vintage, developed without any added sugar, has an ester level of 102 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol.
