The Dalmore Vintage 2003.
This is a single malt that was first aged in ex-Bourbon casks made of American white oak, before being placed separately in casks that had previously contained Rivesaltes sweet wine, Matusalem sherry, Amoroso sherry, and ex-Bourbon casks. It was then blended by The Dalmore's master blenders and bottled at 46.9% ABV.
