Ballechin 2004 19 years, 70cl, 55% Manza

Peated version of Edradour, this Ballechin has aged for 19 years in Manzanilla casks before being bottled at its natural strength. With a beautiful amber color, this single malt possesses a smoky and fresh profile where the influence of the cask (mango, date, and cinnamon) combines brilliantly with the smoky notes of the whisky.

The Edradour distillery is primarily known for the unique style of its single malt, which is exported all over the world. Andrew Symington, the distillery owner, has ventured into increasingly original specific finishes (Burgundy, Chardonnay, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Madeira, Moscatel, Port, Sassicaia, Tokaji, etc), allowing for a refreshing of the distillery’s style.
