Produced through column distillation and matured in ex-Bourbon oak casks, this 2009 vintage was bottled straight from the cask – what is known as a cask-strength rum. Its flavours have therefore not been altered by the addition of water to achieve the desired alcohol content.
 
This AOC Martinique rum is thus presented in all its authenticity…
 
On the nose, it reveals a lovely complexity, with the radiant presence of prunes, dates and figs mingled with vanilla. On the palate, it offers notes of dried fruit, plums in alcohol and spices.
