Distilled only once in a column still, Domfrontais calvados must contain at least 30% perry pears in their blend and must age for at least three years in barrels. 
Developed by Maison Christian Drouin, this cuvée brilliantly combines a rusticity full of naturalness and a fruity and honeyed sweetness of great delicacy. Both spring and autumn, in small touches, its aromatic and taste palette transports us to this region where 80% of the orchard must be planted with tall stems.
